POSH Charity Fashion Show
IT WAS AN EVENT THAT HAPPEN PRETTY QUICKLY, I GOT A CALL FROM JOELYNN LIKE A WEEK AND A HALF PRIOR TO THE FASHION SHOW , WHICH WAS FOR THE KOMEN FOUNDATION:CANCER RESEARCH 
, ASKING IF
, ASKING IFI WAS AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHARITY SHOW, AND I OF COURSE SAID YES! AND RE-WORKED A COUPLE OF LOOKS AND OFFERED SOME PIECES THAT DIDN'T SHOW AT ART OF FASHION 2008.

This time of year seems to bring out my most creative zone.,it's late October and the weather is changing, cooler nights and sleepless moments. A time to become. a time to give back.
This weekend I am part of a fashion show for cancer awareness month and in early November a fashion show in Houston to benefit M.E.C.A., a non-profit innner city art institution that caters to urban latino youth. plan to share some images with my blog readers. with some verbage.

D.I.Y Fashion show coming up!!!
The date has been set for the second annual D.I Y. Factory @
Vista Del ReY ballroom. November 15th, which will have artist selling their hand-crafted items, this is not your typical craft show, by no means, Using last year as a indicator, this juried show is gonna be pure san antonio "out of the box" with live local bands providing the vibe to your shopping expierence featuring
local art, wearable art, hand-crafted jewelry,home decor, make and take tables plus a juried Fashion show as the highlight.
That's where I come in as co-chair of the fashion event, along with Paris Ann we are putting together one show not likely to be forgotten. Inspire we do!!!!
