Wow, It has been a while!!

Just touching base with my blog readers, Do I have any left? I am in the process of getting a updated computer
currently with the one I have, I cannot upload pictures or any images and this is frustrating , so I have been away,
making jewelry and creating 2 new lines for my Spring/Summer 2010 collection set to debut this October for "La Gloria" @ The Guadalupe Cultural Arts center and the other for Art Of Fashion 2009 @ The Blue Star Contemporary Art Spaces, Working with visual artist MOMO on a resort line for this Summer, the event will benefit the Austism foundation in San Antonio and the Fashion show will be held @ Higher Wire, this July during Contempporary Art Month in San Anto.!
Also in the mix, I am doing costumes for Jesus Alonzo's new play "Miss America"
set to debut June 2009 @ the Esperanza Peace and Justice Center. Much more to share,

POSH Charity Fashion Show

IT WAS AN EVENT THAT HAPPEN PRETTY QUICKLY, I GOT A CALL FROM JOELYNN LIKE A WEEK AND A HALF PRIOR TO THE FASHION SHOW , WHICH WAS FOR THE KOMEN FOUNDATION:CANCER RESEARCH , ASKING IF

I WAS AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHARITY SHOW, AND I OF COURSE SAID YES! AND RE-WORKED A COUPLE OF LOOKS AND OFFERED SOME PIECES THAT DIDN'T SHOW AT ART OF FASHION 2008.

This time of year seems to bring out my most creative zone.,it's late October and the weather is changing, cooler nights and sleepless moments. A time to become. a time to give back.

This weekend I am part of a fashion show for cancer awareness month and in early November a fashion show in Houston to benefit M.E.C.A., a non-profit innner city art institution that caters to urban latino youth. plan to share some images with my blog readers. with some verbage.
